Details submitted through the enquiry form — your name, email address, optional phone number, visitor type, enquiry purpose, any optional buying criteria and your message — are used only to respond to that enquiry. They are not used for marketing.

Each enquiry is recorded securely so that it is not lost, and a copy is sent to the Tervan enquiries inbox. Records are kept only for as long as the conversation remains relevant. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time by replying to any message from us.
